Great news! Linked Finance has been shortlisted for Best Peer-to-Peer Lender at the Investment & Wealth Management Awards. A competition run by the Financial Times and Investors Chronicle, the shortlist is based on the results of their annual readership survey...
This is the first time that an Irish company has been shortlisted in this award category and demonstrates the growing popularity of Linked Finance as an asset class for investors across Ireland and beyond.
Hosted by Investors Chronicle and the Financial Times, and sponsored by Charles Stanley, Redmayne Bentley and FxPro, the category sees us placed alongside some of the biggest names in the world of P2P lending including Funding Circle, Ratesetter and Zopa. The winners will be announced in November at an awards ceremony in the famous Glaziers Hall, London.
Commenting on the achievement, our own Niall Dorrian, CEO of Linked Finance said:
“We are thrilled to have been shortlisted for this award. Being recognised alongside some of the biggest names in the industry is a real indication of how far our platform has come in recent years, particularly given that the shortlist is based on votes from readers of the Financial Times and Investors Chronicle. It underlines the growing appeal of Linked Finance as an asset class for international investors and ultimately, demonstrates that users of our platform are earning attractive returns by lending directly to ambitious Irish SMEs.”
Investment & Wealth Management Award shortlists are based on reader surveys in both the Financial Times and Investors Chronicle. Being shortlisted for these awards is a real indication that Linked Finance is highly-regarded by international investors. We're delighted to make the grade and very much looking forward to the ceremony in London on November 24th!
